Kao Soy is a mild and creamy curry served with egg noodles, crispy egg noodles, sour mustard greens and garnished with coriander, spring onion, shallots and finished with a squeeze of lime.
Heating Instructions (microwave):
- Remove the clear lid and the wedge of lime from the packaging, then cut open the bag of curry sauce.
- Pour the curry sauce over the noodles. The packaging tray is microwave-safe, so it can save you from extra washing up.
- Warm the curry noodles through in the microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watts (or medium setting).
- Squeeze over the lime, give it a little mix, and enjoy!
Heating instructions (oven):
- Pre-heat the oven to 160°C.
- Remove the clear lid and the wedge of line from the packaging, then cut open the bag of curry sauce.
- Pour the curry sauce over the noodles. The packaging tray is oven-safe, it it can save you from extra washing up.
- Cover with foil and return put the curry noodles into the oven to warm through for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, squeeze over the lime, give it a little mix, and enjoy!
