This Thai green curry is made in the Southern-style where my mum is from. The curry is packed full of the beef flavour which compliments really well with the curry spices. Served with roti and arjaad (cucumber pickle) which you can observe the Malay influence on how Thai green curry is enjoyed in the part of the country.
Microwave Heating Instructions
- Remove the cucumber salad from the tray, place roti on a separate microwave-proof plate.
- Cut and pour the green curry into the packaging tray, this is microwave-safe so it can save you from etra washing up. DO NOT USE the clear lid
- Heat the green curry in the microwave until warmed through for 4 minutes on 600 watts (medium setting).
- Heat the roti in the microwave fro 1 minute 900 watts (high setting).
- Enjoy the green curry with the roti and cucumber salad.
Oven heating instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 160°C
- Remove the cucumber salad from the tray, place roti on a separate ove-proof plate.
- Pour the green curry into the packaging tray, this is oven-safe so it will save you from extra washing up. DO NOT USE the clear lid
- Place the curry into the oven for 20 minutes until warmed through.
- In the last 5 minutes, put the roti into the oven.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy the curry with roti and cucumber salad.
